Scope of Works
Installation of listed electrical services to a 30000 m2 mix used development consisting of 8 stories and 2 basement levels. A combination of heritage listed Toyota fitout tenancy over four levels as well as a contemporary base building education/Office warm shell over 6 levels. Ground floor feature entry and café area with a full Woolworths metro store attached.
Fast Facts
Stage 1 will become an innovative vertical campus for Trinity College and will be the home of Toyota’s new flagship Melbourne City Toyota.
