Scope of Works
FWT1, Mirvac’s new precinct includes an innovative 45,000 square metre A-Grade office tower spanning over 20 storeys.
An arcade lined with retail and F&B on the ground level will activate the precinct, generate activity through the centre of the site and facilitate connections to LIV Aston, the build- to-rent tower in the precinct.
