Scope of Works
LIV Albert Fields is a neighbourhood designed and built entirely for renters. Delivered as a collaboration between Milieu and Mirvac, on behalf of LIV Mirvac, the project will form part of LIV’s growing build-to-rent portfolio. Comprising more than 498 apartments plus a mixed-use ground plane in a unique inner urban parkland setting, the project is at the forefront of efforts to set new standards across the rental experience.
