Maxim completed the Design of all Electrical services including the security component to meet the Contract documents and provide a full functional system.

Scope of Works
Maxim supplied and installed all electrical, security, lighting control, back up generator power,UPS system to over 1200 apartments and 11 retail spaces.
Works included substation, three Main switchboards, busduct reticulation ,meter panels and distributions boards.
Works had to be integrated with the existing Melbourne central shopping centre and the railway station.

- It had three separable portion handovers.
- Approximately 380,000 meters of TPS cable was used.
