Scope of Works

QVM Munro Stage 2 is a mixed-use development adjacent to Melbourne’s iconic Queen Victoria Market and forms part of the precinct’s renewal. The project will deliver ground-floor retail spaces, 110 Hotel guest rooms, and a Melbourne first- 490 built to rent apartments. Upon completion, the project is aiming for a 5star Green Star rating.

Facilities include, pools, steam & sauna rooms, gyms, co-work areas, dining rooms, meeting rooms bars and lounges for the guests and residents.
