Scope of Works
Installation of listed electrical services to 436 apartments over 8 towers. Works inclusive of residents’ facilities with pool, gym, dining room, library, cinema, residents’ kitchen and kids playrooms. Plus, full line Coles store, restaurants, cafés, and other retail spaces. Extensive residential gardens on level 3 podium including dog run, kids play and BBQ facilities. Extension of adjacent south precinct public community spaces.
