Maxim completed the Design of all Electrical services including the HV infrastructure component to meet the Contract documents and provide a full functional group of systems.

Scope of Works
Maxim supplied and installed all electrical, HV infrastructure, lighting control, to 1140 apartments within two towers and 12 retail spaces.
Works included substation, two Main switchboards, mains cable reticulation, meter panels and distributions boards.
Works had to be completed to a very tight timeframe and budget.
